Walter "Bubba" Eckerle III

One of the most loving and happy go lucky people you could have the privilege of knowing, was whisk away by angels to his eternal home, way too soon on Monday Aug. 6, 2018. He leaves behind to cherish his memories the love of his life for 18 years, Pamela Campo, three daughters Ashley LaBranche (Jonathan), Jamie Jacob (Brandon), Jesi Campo, a son James Eckerle (Tristian). 8 grandchildren, Preston, Miley, Shyanne, Brianna, Kyleigh, Ramsey, Magnolia, & Ryden. Sisters Tammy Ponthieux, Sandra Bruns, Miranda Willmore, Taras Mueth, Amber Paddock, Sandra Morris and a brother Scott Schauf. A loving father Walter Eckerle Jr., his second mom Shirleen Eckerle and second dad Dale Willmore. He was preceded in death by his son Joshua Campo, grandson Kadom Bickham, and his mother Betty Wilmore.  A funeral mass will be held on Sat. Aug. 11th, 2018 at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic church in Tickfaw, La. At 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Pompeii Cemetery. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.
