Therese Holt

Therese Renee Holt, age 57, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2021, after many years of fighting heart failure.

Therese, known to most as Renee, was born on January 18, 1964. She was a longtime resident of Carriere, Mississippi. On December 1, 1999, Renee married the love of her life. Renee spent many years as a nurse and especially enjoyed her time travel nursing. She was a dedicated and passionate person in her professional life as well as her personal life. For those who were close to her heart, she would go above and beyond to make them happy and feel loved.

Renee treasured the memories she made traveling, especially the time spent with her family camping in their RV. She was always the person behind the camera, capturing every little moment so that her loved ones would be able to hold on to those memories. Renee’s other love was scrapbooking. She was very talented and put her heart into her pages, ensuring the moments she captured on camera had a beautiful home. Going to crops with her friends brought a lot of joy to her life, and one of her dreams was to open a scrapbooking store where she could hold her own crops.

Renee is survived by her husband, Clinton Holt; her children, Justin Cooper, Katelyn Cooper, and Bethany Sisson; her mother, Martha Landry; and her brother, Rick Landry.
