On 2 Feb 21, Rose Marie Bosch, a devoted Catholic and loving mother of three children, went peacefully to her eternal rest in the Lord at age 81. The daughter of the late Vincent Charles and Rosalie Cali Arcuri, Rose is preceded in death by her beloved sister JoAnn Meyer. She is survived by her brother Charles Arcuri and his wife Pamela, her brother-in-law Terry Meyer, as well as her beloved children, Stephen and Carol Bosch, Vincent and Teresa Bosch, Kelly Curtis, and her 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Rose loved being with family and friends, and was always the heart of the household as she cooked spectacular meals every chance she got. Rose was a loving caregiver by nature, and used her skills during her senior years at Rouquette Lodge, serving as the elected President of the Residents Council for multiple terms. She organized many successful fundraisers, and put her time and energy into delivering enjoyable activities and entertainment for all the residents at Rouquette Lodge. Rose worked many years in retail after her children were grown, including owning and operating two businesses. She loved to hit the casino’s and play slots, watch Saint’s and LSU football, to have crawfish boils or to go crabbing with her grandchildren, and to keep an immaculately clean home. Rose Marie will be remembered with love and affection by all who knew her, and sorely missed. No services are planned at this time.
