Michael Fletcher

Michel David Fletcher passed away peacefully in his home on October 18, 2021 at the age of 65. He was born in Mamou, La and moved to St Tammany Parish where he resided for the last 50 years.
Michael enjoyed taking his children and grandchildren, camping, fishing and for a snowball on a hot summer day. He loved teaching them the things he enjoyed most. He was considered to be a pool shark and spent time with friends and family proving this to be true. He was a high spirited man who was well loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew him best.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, William Fletcher and Betty Fletcher. Brothers, Donnie Fletcher and Joseph Fletcher. He is survived by sisters, Lynn Fletcher Taylor and Brenda Robertson. Brother, Keith Fletcher. Children, Bryan Fletcher, Brandy Newton and Elricka Earwood. Grandchildren, Christopher, Dixie, Zachary, Henry, Loghan, Jazlynn, Leland, Bryan and Isabella. Former spouse Sherry Demel.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at his home, 21314 Wilson Rd. Covington, LA, on October 22, 2021 between 3 and 6 pm.
