Yvonne L. Lambert, born on March 5, 1935, in New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on June 28, 2025, in Slidell, Louisiana. She lived a life full of generosity and love, making a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Yvonne was devoted to sharing her love and made donations to ST. Jude for 41 years, never missing a donation and often giving extra when she won at casinos. Her commitment to helping others will continue, as ST. Jude will receive a pledge in her honor.

Family was extremely important to Yvonne. She loved taking her children and other kids camping, creating lasting memories filled with joy and adventure. Together with her husband, she traveled all over the United States, exploring new places and making new friends along the way.

Yvonne was also known for her culinary skills; no one ever left her home hungry. She had a passion for cooking that brought her family and friends together around the table. Outside of the kitchen, Yvonne enjoyed diving and snorkeling, experiences that reflected her adventurous spirit and big heart.

She will be missed deeply by her loving family, including her devoted husband, Arthur L. Lambert Jr., her three children, Manny D. Lambert (Debbie Stafnick), Sandra Ann Dorand (Karl), and Cynthia Lambert-Mayo (Patrick), and her dear brother, Bernard Lang. Yvonne is also survived by her eight beloved grandchildren: Aaron Hudlet, Shawn Hernandez, Michael Hudlet, Cori Hudlet, Rene Hudlet, Noah Massey, Greyson Hudlet, Scott Dorand, and Fletcher Hudlet.

Yvonne is preceded in death by her father, Clemens Lang, her mother, Bernadette Bernard Lang, her son, Michael J. Berthelot, and her siblings Clemens Lang, Charles Lang, Gaston Lang, and Bernadette Lang Dudenhefer.

Yvonne B. Lambert's spirit of kindness and her passion for life will leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of many.
