Woodruff Camus

Woodruff “ Woody “ Louis Camus, Jr.  was born on April 26,1941. Woody was raised in Algiers ,La.

A  graduate of Martin Behrman High School,  Class of 1959. In the mid 1960’s her moved to Kenner, La. And opened “ Woody’s Air Conditioning Service that he successfully operated for 38 years before moving to Covington, La.

Woody was a retired employee of A T & T on  Baronne and Poydras after 40 years of dedicated service. He loved his computer and anything related.

He loved his family unconditionally.

Woody is survived by his wife of 60 years, Carol Van Hess Camus Jr. His daughter, Elizabeth Camus McDowell Gagnson.  Sister, Janice Camus ( Fred ) .

Grandchildren: Joshua Mc Dowell ( Fran ) , Woodruff L.  Camus IV ( Little Woody ) , Logan Camus ( Gabby ) , Haley and Hannah Surkland.

Great Grandchildren; Alexa Grace Camus, Halo camus, Elainna, Abigail and Eliel Mc Dowell. Kolson Joseph Camus

He is predeceased by his Son, Woodruff L. Camus III  ( Billy ). , Parents; Woodruff L. Camus Sr. ( Bill ) and Eunice Bobby Camus
