Timothy Dean Kinchen, affectionately known as "Kinfolk," was born on December 16, 1965, in Hammond, Louisiana. A dedicated member of Millwright's Local, he committed his to hard work and craftsmanship, earning respect among his peers for his unwavering dedication and skills.
Timothy departed this world on May 24, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana. In his 59 years, he lived a full and adventurous life, deeply rooted in family, friends, and the passions that stirred his spirit. A man of the outdoors, Timothy found immense joy in hunting and running dogs, activities that not only filled his heart with excitement but also provided cherished moments spent in nature. He was also fond of listening to music, often found indulging in his favorite tunes while spending quality time with loved ones.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and memory, remembered fondly by his mother, Kathy Lally and her husband, Fred. His children, Ashley and Zachary Kinchen, carry forward his spirit and values, as do his grandchildren, Colton, Rylan, and Jensyn, who knew him as a devoted grandfather.
Timothy is preceded in death by his father, Donnie Kinchen Sr., and brother, Donnie Kinchen Jr., both of whom he held dear in his heart. Their memories will undoubtedly continue to inspire and guide those he has left behind.
Timothy will be deeply missed by those who knew him, especially his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on June 21, 2025, at Fountain of Life Church, located at 28990 LA-43, Albany, Louisiana. Family and friends are invited to pay tribute to a man who lived with passion and integrity, sharing laughter and stories that captured the essence of Timothy Dean Kinchen—son, father, grandfather, and friend.
