Steven Ardell Green, Sr.

Steven Ardell Green, Sr., beloved husband, father, son, and friend, passed away on July 21, 2025, in Bogalusa, Louisiana. He was born on June 23, 1982, to parents Stanley Green Sr. and Helen Green Cogdill.

Steven enjoyed gaming, canoeing, and tubing. He will be remembered for his vibrant spirit and the joy he brought to those around him.

He leaves behind his devoted wife, Bridget Varian Green, and their children: Elizabeth Basham, Steven D. McIntyre, Blue A. Green, and Steven A. Green, Jr., as well as 4 grandchildren, who brought great light into his life. He is also survived by his mother, Helen Green Cogdill, his stepfather, Philip Cogdill, and his stepmother, Delaine Green. Also survived by siblings Alisha Green Carnegie (husband Claude "Jack" Carnegie) and Stanley L. Green, Jr., along with his ex-wife Amanda Jenkins. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Steven was preceded in death by his father, Stanley Green, Sr. and stepfather, William "Billy" Len.

A memorial service to honor Steven's life will be held on August 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at 1450 W 10th St, Bogalusa, LA.
