Stephanie Amedee Lassere

Stephanie Amedee Lassere, born on September 8, 1967, in Thibodaux, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in the hospital surrounded by her loving family, on October 15, 2025, in Covington, Louisiana.

Stephanie dedicated 19 years of her life to a successful career at Shell Oil and Gas before retiring. Known for her warm personality, she welcomed anyone into her home, treating friends and strangers alike as family. Her love for her grandchildren was a central part of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoyed sewing and baking, sharing her talents with those around her.

Stephanie is survived by her husband Marvin Oncale, her grandfather, Patrick Becnel; her parents, Selves Kraemer and Hilda Kraemer; her son, Dwayne (Amber), their children; Seaven, Reina, Kaisley, Sage, Raylynn, Jaydee, Collin, her son Brandon (Alisha), their children; Brylee and Kynadee, her son Austin (Jodee) their son Beckett, and her daughter Lacey (Dustin), their children; Jace, Dakota, Kasen and Cruz. She also leaves behind her brothers , Arzen (Penny), Steven (Jessica), Timmy (Beth), and Patrick, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Becnel; her grandparents, Oliver Kraemer and Lucille Kraemer; her uncle, Steven Kraemer; and her grandchild, Bentlee Oncale.
