Sandra Ann Perronne Mitten of Covington, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana June 7, 1943, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond C. Mitten, Jr., and the daughter of the late Rudy C. Perronne, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Killman Perronne Brannon.

Sandra was preceded in death by her brothers, Rudy C. Perronne, Jr., Tommy Perronne, Fred Perronne, and sister, June Perronne.

She is survived by her sisters, Bonnie Perronne Harmeyer (Buddy Harmeyer) and Pamela Perronne Roselli; her brother, Albert “Dewey” Brannon (Robbie Brannon), sister-in-law Lynne Perronne, and an abundance of loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.

Sandra was a talented seamstress, loved traveling, spending time with family and friends, and an active volunteer with the Discalced Carmelites of Covington. Sandra will be remembered with love by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A funeral mass will be at the St. Joseph Abbey 75376 River Rd, St Benedict, LA 70457, on Wednesday September 23, 2026 at 2:00
