Ruby was born to Albert A. Oliver Jr. and Mary Lopez in San Francisco in 1959.
She is preceded in death by her mother Mary Lopez and Step Mother Sandy Oliver. Siblings Richard Jetter, Roberta Hirsch, and Margret E. Luna
Ruby is survived by her father Albert A. Oliver Jr. and her Daughter Caralyn Llewllyn (Dylan) of North Carolina. Sisters Natalie Linda Stark, and Angela Oliver. Grandson August Mullis and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
To know her was to love her infectious laugh
