Ruby, or "Honey" to those who knew her well, was born to Herbert William Flattmann Sr. and Ruby Hardouin Flattmann on the 4th of February 1947 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Ruby was preceded in death by: her parents, Herbert William Flattmann Sr. and Ruby Hardouin Flattmann; as well as her beloved sister: Connie Gioe (Harry).

Ruby is survived by: her sons, Michael Wayne Morse (Tanya) and Chad Everett Morse (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Morse (Cory) and Emily Marie Luna (Blake); and her brothers Herb Flattmann (Lou) and George Flattmann (Corinne)

Ruby loved crafts, particularly needlework. She also enjoyed working in the preschool at church and attending Red Hat Society events with her friends. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Ruby will never be forgotten by those whose lives she touched.
