Ruben Avila, a Native of Cuba and resident of Covington, Louisiana passed away on June 13, 2024 at the age of 47.
Ruben is survived by his parents, Ruben Avila Nunez and Lilio Julia Alberto, his partner Nilka Wittgreen, his siblings; Damiri Lugo Julia, Darita Lugo Julia, Adrian Avila Rodriguez and Doraly Avila Zierra.
Ruben enjoyed fishing and crabbing, most of all he loved to spend time with his family.
