Reilly James Quinn, age 76, of Covington, Louisiana went to be with the Lord on October 11, 2017. He is survived by his wife Melba Quinn of 56 years, son Jeff Quinn, daughter Lori Quinn-Tate (David). In 2000, he retired from Shell Oil Company in Norco, Louisiana and had enjoyed his retirement for 17 years.Private services were held.
