Razz Richard Shrader, age 60 years, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. Beloved husband of Ginny L. Allen, Father of Tonya Allen and Wayne Allen. Also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by his sister Sharon Shrader.
