Randy George Cordes

Randy George Cordes passed away on July 29, 2026, at Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Beloved husband of the late Denise Palmisano Cordes. Son of the late George and Elvira Cordes, Father of Mistie Lynn Cordes. Grandfather of Alexis Lombardo and Dylan Rhodes. Son-in-law of Michael and Lorraine Palmisano. Brother of the late Robert Cordes, the late Lois Tessier, Raymond Cordes, and Roy Cordes. Also survived by a host of nephews and nieces.

Randy was 64 years old, a native of New Orleans, and a resident of Pearl River, LA, after relocating from St. Bernard after Katrina. He was a career truck driver and retired from United Rentals. He loved camping, fishing, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, and United Rentals employees are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Open Arms Ministries on Saturday, August 22, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. Open Arms Ministries is located at 1340 8th St, Slidell, LA 70458.
