Obituary

Randall “Randy” Wooley, age 51, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026.

Randy was a man of strong Christian faith, a generous heart and a giving spirit. Although he rarely spoke about his faith, he lived it through his actions, his kindness, and his compassion for others. He never turned away anyone in need and was always willing to extend a helping hand. His generosity was not simply something he practiced; it was part of who he was.

Randy possessed a remarkable determination and an independent spirit. When he set his mind to something, he found a way to make it happen. Resourceful and creative, he approached life’s challenges with patience and persistence. He enjoyed the company of family and friends, whether sharing stories and conversation or simply sitting quietly, taking in the world around him.

From childhood, Randy had a deep love for the outdoors. As a young boy, he found adventure exploring in the woods, and throughout his life, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and simply being surrounded by nature. He especially loved spending time by his pond, feeding the fish and sharing that simple pleasure with family and friends who came to visit. For Randy, the joy of being outdoors was made even greater by experiencing it with others.

Randy shared 15 years of marriage with his loving wife, Linda. Their relationship was built on love patience, understanding, and mutual respect. Together, they found happiness in life’s simplest moments and treasured the quiet joy of sharing their lives. Their marriage was a beautiful example of companionship and devotion.

In a final, extraordinary act of generosity, Randy gave the gift of life through organ donation. By donating his liver, he offered another person the chance at life. It was a fitting reflection of the man he had always been — someone who never stopped giving, even at the end of his life.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Linda Wooley; his stepdaughter, Nicole (Matthew) Fryou; his mother, Myra Craver; his sister, Brandy (Lester) Rodrigue; and his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie Iddings, Emilee (Ashton) Comardelle, Colin Rodrigue, Michael (Malarie) Rodrigue, and Christina Rodrigue.

He was preceded in death by his father, Randy Joseph Wooley.

Randy will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his generous heart, his determination, and the love he shared so freely with those around him. His life was a testament to the power of kindness, and his final gift will carry his legacy of compassion forward.
