Rachel Ostarly

It is with deep regret and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Rachel Marie Ostarly. Rachel was called home on October 25, 2021 at the age of 35.  She was a lifelong resident of St.Tammany Parish and a beloved mother, daughter, fiancé, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, and friend.
Family and friends were her life and those she loved, she loved deeply. She will be remembered, since a toddler, for her quick wit and contagious laugh.  Rachel’s spirit and creativity will be missed. She leaves behind her son, Liam, and daughter, Maison, fiancée, Barry Delacruz, mother, Tammy Ostarly, brothers Perry Evans and Brad Evans, sister-in-law, Mickie, and niece, Morgan.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Ostarly and grandparents, Adam and Juliette Ostarly; and Eric and Mary Marks.

Rachel will be mourned by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends.
