Mr. Phillip Eugene Constantin Sr. died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the age of 68. He was a resident of Covington, LA. He was born to the late Charles and Ojana Constantin on February 4th, 1948 in Great Bend, Kansas. He is survived by three children, Phillip Eugene Constantin Jr., Patrick Ryan Constantin, Kelly Constantin Heck, four grandchildren, Phillip Constantin III, Conner Constantin, Caden Heck, Caylee Heck, four siblings, Mr. Charles Constantin, Ms. Sis Weber, Mrs. Edward Cummins, Ms. Marie Morgan. There will be a private mass for the family.
