Paula Ann Johnson passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the age of 79. Paula Ann was born in Covington, on Friday, May 3, 1935 to the late Irma Blackwell and Frank Patecek and was a lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish.
Survived by her two loving daughters, Jennifer Johnson of Boston, MA. and Sally Anne Johnson of Oakland, CA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at North Shore Unitarian Universalists Church, 28662 Krental Road, Lacombe, LA.
