Patricia "Trish" Ann Batiste

Patricia Ann Batiste, affectionately known as “Trish,” was born on September 15, 1972, in Mobile, Alabama. She departed this life on September 9, 2026, just days before her 54th birthday. Trish grew up in Lacombe, LA. She spent 30 years at Shekinah Glory Adult Residential Care, Baton Rouge, LA, where she was surrounded by care, love, and support, especially through her relationship with Ms. Debra Eackles. 

She was loved by many and her memory will live on through the many people whose lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Cathleen Batiste. Trish leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Demetriace Batiste; her granddaughters, Kayla, Kyla, and Kaylee Batiste; her niece, Charleigh Batiste; Laura’s partner, Treyna Batiste, a beloved part of the family; her sister, Cathleen Michelle Batiste; her brother, Charles Robert Batiste; and a host of extended family members, friends, caregivers, and loved ones. Though she will be deeply missed, Trish’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service celebrating Trish’s life will be held in Lacombe, LA. Details regarding the date, time, and location will be announced at a later time. Rest peacefully, Trish. You were loved, you are missed, and you will never be forgotten.
