Patricia Larene Crawford

Patricia “Patsy” Larene Crawford, age 78, passed away on March 4, 2026. She was born on April 11, 1947, in Cumberland, Maryland, and was a resident of Covington, Louisiana.

Patsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward William Crawford; her father, Robert Getz; and her mother, Phyllis Getz.

She is survived by her children, Gary Chalfant, Bobbi Alford (Johnnie), and Melissa Crawford (John Bunje); and by her raised granddaughter, Kymberly Dennison. She is also survived by her sisters, Debbie Hamon and Robin Enfinger (James Enfinger, deceased). Patsy leaves behind many cherished grandchildren: Kayla Pitre, Shelby Sharp, Miranda Caskey, Devin Chalfant, Gregory Chalfant, Aaron Chalfant, and Christian Chalfant, along with many beloved great-grandchildren.

Patsy enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved gardening, watching birds, and feeding squirrels, and she found great joy in caring for the world around her and spending time with her family.

Her memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
