Patricia Larene Crawford

Patricia “Patsy” Larene Crawford, age 78, passed away on March 4, 2026. She was born on April 11, 1947, in Cumberland, Maryland, and was a resident of Covington, Louisiana.

Patsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward William Crawford; her father, Robert Getz; and her mother, Phyllis Getz.

She is survived by her children, Gary Chalfant, Bobbi Alford (Johnnie), and Melissa Crawford (John Bunje); and her granddaughter Kymberly Dennison (Justin) of whom she raised. She is also survived by her sisters, Debbie Haman and Robin Enfinger (James Enfinger, deceased). Patsy leaves behind many cherished grandchildren: Kayla Pitre (Nathan Wellinger), Shelby Sharp (Joshua “Hammer”), Miranda Caskey (Justin), Devin Chalfant, Gregory Chalfant (Amber), Aaron Chalfant, and Christian Chalfant, along with many beloved great-grandchildren. 

Patsy never met a stranger, she was very kind and loved to strike up a conversation with anyone she happen to come across. She also loved gardening, watching birds, feeding squirrels, she loved her pets, and she found great joy in caring for the world around her and spending time with her family that she loved very much. 

Her memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.
