Olga Mae Williams

March 28, 1942 — June 20, 2025

Ponchatoula, Louisiana

Olga Mae Rogers Williams, age 83, a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, and a native of Folsom, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025.

Born to the late Edward and Ada Rogers, Olga—known lovingly by many names including Olga Mae, Mae, Aunt Mae, Mom, and Ooma—lived a life centered around family. She was a longtime real estate abstractor at Jones, Fussell Attorneys at Law in Covington, where she dedicated over 40 years.

Olga’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family. Whether cheering on her grandchildren at school and sporting events, sharing meals, or traveling across the country to visit loved ones, she treasured every moment. Her home was always a gathering place—whether in Baton Rouge (LA), Simi Valley (CA), Cedar Park (TX), Folsom (LA) or Ponchatoula (LA)—where she welcomed friends and family for cards, games, holidays, and heartfelt fellowship.

She is lovingly remembered by her three daughters: Tina Williams St. Clair (Patrick) of Carriere, MS, Kristy Williams Sherman (Dayne) of Ponchatoula, LA, and Staci Williams Parrie (Jason) of Bismarck, AR.

She was a devoted grandmother to Ashley McKee Brown (Jesse), Nicholas McKee, Collin Parrie, Nate Sherman, and Regan Parrie; and a proud great-grandmother to Finleigh Brown and Whitt Brown. She was preceded in death by her beloved great-granddaughter, Ali Brown.

Olga was also preceded in death by her sister Yvonne Rogers Bruhl and brother Angus Rogers, both of Folsom.

Services be held at First Baptist Church in Folsom, Louisiana, on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30am with a Celebration of Life immediately following. A private interment will take place at a later date.

Olga Mae’s legacy of love, laughter, and warmth will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

In lieu of sending flowers and plants, add a violet to your window sill, plant an azalea in your yard or add a lily to your flower bed. When they bloom think of Olga Mae.
