Norma was the devoted wife of Edward Cochran, with whom she shared countless memories and experiences throughout their life together. She was a remarkable mother to her three children: Annette (Gene) Bennett, Marty (Gala) Randall, and Gerald McGregor. Norma took immense pride in her role as a mother and found joy in her children, instilling in them values of kindness, resilience, and love.

In addition to her immediate family, Norma's legacy lives on through her nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immeasurable joy. Her home was always filled with laughter and warmth, as she welcomed her family with open arms and an open heart.

Norma is predeceased by her son, Johnny R. Singletary, whose memory remains a cherished part of her family's story.
