Michelle Ann Samuel

Michelle Ann Samuel, 61, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, in Picayune, Mississippi. She was born on October 25, 1964, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Peggy and Leonard C. Samuel Sr.

Michelle was a shining light and truly one of a kind. She was strong-willed, hard-headed, and unapologetically herself. She never pretended to be anyone other than who she was, and those who knew and loved her wouldn’t have wanted her any other way.

Michelle took great pride in her career. She spent many years as a paralegal with State Farm before becoming a real estate agent, a career she truly enjoyed.

Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her daughter, Fallon, and her beloved grandchildren, Emma and Easton, who were truly her world. She cherished every moment with them and loved making memories together. Michelle enjoyed gardening, short trips, casino outings with friends, and time with family. But she always loved coming home to her cats, who held a special place in her heart.

Michelle is survived by her mother, Peggy Bianchi; her daughter, Fallon Ernhart (Kyle); her beloved grandchildren, Emma and Easton Ernhart; her brothers, Leonard C. Samuel Jr. (Melissa) and Richard Scott Samuel (Erin); as well as nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Len Samuel Sr.; her aunt, Elizabeth Hoffman; and her grandparents.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Kelly, Angela, and Mikki for the love, friendship, time, and care they gave Michelle. Special thanks are also extended to Erin and Peggy for their unwavering love and care, as well as to Michelle’s neighbors and close friends who checked on her, spent time with her, and became such an important part of her life.

Michelle leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a piece of herself in everyone who knew and loved her. She was fiercely herself, loved deeply, and will be missed more than words can say.

A celebration of Michelle’s life and Mass will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends once arrangements have been made. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you consider donating to a local animal shelter or to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Michelle’s memory.
