Marlene Barrow a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away on May 7, 2024 at the age of 76.
Marlene leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her Husband Charles “Carlitos” Barrow, her children Michele Shelton (Jessie) and Adele Willman (David). She also leaves behind her siblings, Roger Jeffrey and Jan Davis, as well as her adored grandchildren; Matthew Shelton, Andrew Shelton, Amantha Shaw, Grace Jackson, Paul Willman, Abbey Willman, Caleb Willman and twelve great-grandchildren.
Marlene is preceded in death by her parents Noel Robert and Mary Jeffrey as well as her brother Dale Jeffrey.Marlene had a free spirit that loved nature as she spent many hours gardening and was an avid reader.
