Lloyd Pulliam

Lloyd Ray Pulliam, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away peacefully, with family by his side, at his son’s home in Covington, Louisiana, on Sunday, June 30, 2019. He was born on August 26, 1934 in Birch Tree, Missouri to the late Mr. Robert “Elvin” Pulliam and Mrs. Beulah Lynn Thomas Pulliam.

Lloyd was a graduate of Birch Tree High School and he worked as a machinist repairman for Bendix/Honeywell. He was a faithful member of Brooking Heights Baptist church. He had a particular love for fishing, gardening, hunting and visiting with his many friends. Lloyd has many wonderful nieces and nephews and his family was near and dear to his heart.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Lila Belle Hester Pulliam, his son Eddie Pulliam (Greta), his sister Mrs. Francis Pulliam Gentry, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at a later date in Birch Tree, Missouri.
