Leonard "Tom" Babbitt, of Slidell, LA, passed away on June 2, 2024 at 86 years old. Leonard was born to parents George and Alice Babbitt in Los Angeles, CA on March 6, 1938. He was a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and GWRRA. He had many interesting hobbies including scuba diving, flying, accounting and motorcycling.
Leonard leaves behind his loving wife Daniele Babbitt, daughter Valerie Pierce (Patrick), son Daniel Babbitt, sister Ethyl Babyak, as well as his two grandchildren Victoria and Alex Pierce. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and his brother John Babbitt.
A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd, Slidell, LA 70461, Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 10:45 am, with service at
11:00 am. There will be a Celebration of Life after the service.
