Kenneth Darby

Kenneth Darby of Folsom, Louisiana passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the age of 46. He was born in Slidell, Louisiana and graduated from Slidell High School. Kenneth received his Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology from Southeastern University and worked as an Engineering Manager at CORTEC, LLC. He was an active participant in the American Petroleum Institute SC6 committee as well as the Association of Well Head Equipment Manufacturers. He was a lifelong member of the National Hot Rod Association as well as the Good times Race Car Club where his passion for drag racing was fulfilled with his car The Dreamer. Kenneth leaves behind his loving wife, Colleen Darby, his daughter, Annika Darby, his two step-daughters; two sisters, Karen Darby and Jennifer Barousse; his nephews Josh Darby, Brandon Barousse, Austin Barousse as well as his niece Ashley Barousse. Kenneth is preceded in death by his niece, Britany Falcone.  Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Services in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435 on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Per the request of the family, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
