Julius Robert Blow Jr

Julius Robert "Mann" Blow Jr., a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and beloved friend, passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on October 6, 1960, Mann was a person known for giving anything he had to you. “If he had it you had it.” He would truly give you the shirt off his back.

Mann was a known mechanic. His hands were often covered in grease, as he helped others with their automotive needs. His stubbornness, while sometimes a challenge, was also a testament to his determination and strong will, qualities that endeared him to many.

He is survived by his wife, Renee Blow; two daughters, Haley (Josh) Drouant and Shelby (Robert) Wright, and a grandfather to his grandchildren: Brooklyn, Jaythan, Percy, and Elleigh Drouant, and Cooper and Malorie Wright.

Mann is also survived by his brother, Phillip (Paulette) Blow, and five sisters: Rose (Mike) Jarrell, Gayle Quave, Martha (Walter) Vernon, Stacey Calvert, and Amelia (Richard) Lindsay. Mann is also survived by an abundance of nieces and nephews.

He leaves behind good friends, including Gene Latham, Bobby Larsen, Judge Cody, and Eric Cole.

Mann was preceded in death by his parents Julius Robert Blow Sr. and Frances Amelia Morse Blow, his sister Julie Ann Blow, and two grandchildren, River and Jordan Drouant. brothers-in-law, Steve Quave and Jim Calvert, Nephew Jeremy Jarrell and Niece Christina Lindsay.

His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed. A visitation service will be held on Monday July 28, 2025 from 5pm-7pm at Bagnell and Son Funeral Home on Lee Road in Covington. Afterwards he will be cremated per his wishes.
