Julie Pailet Walker

Julie Walker entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a longtime resident of Mandeville, Julie was the beloved wife of Neil Walker for 48 years. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Jon Walker and Mark Walker, and a proud grandmother to Bram Walker.

Julie was the beloved daughter of the late Lester and Violet Pailet, and a cherished sister to Adele (Tom) Hudman, Dara Pailet, and Gwen (Kevin) McLain.

Throughout her life, Julie was known for her dedication and quiet strength. She worked with care and commitment at Hibernia Bank, Weiner Corporation, Analytical Studies, and the St. Tammany Parish School System. In every role, she gave her best and touched the lives of those around her.

More than anything, Julie was a loving mother whose kindness, grace, and unwavering devotion will remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

In keeping with her wishes, no formal service will be held. Instead, her family will gather at her home to celebrate her life in the way she preferred—surrounded by love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Julie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
