She is survived by her three children Tammy Bell, Christopher Bell, Sr.  and wife Shannon Rink Bell and Mark Bell and wife Tiffany Fransen Bell; and five grandchildren Christopher Bell, II, Cody Bell, Zachary Bell, Caroline Bell and Emma Bell.

She is preceded in death by her parents Zenobia Levy Faber and Walter Thomas Faber.

Julie was born in Houston, Texas on September 22, 1939. She grew up in Mid-City and graduated from Sacred Heart of Jesus High School in 1957. She was married to Thomas Bell and moved to Metairie, Louisiana where she raised her children that attended St. Phillip Neri. She loved watching her boys and grandsons play football and wrestle at Brother Martin High School. Her friends and their families were dear to her and the trips with them to the Gulf Coast, Chicago and Las Vegas were cherished by her and fondly remembered by her children.

The service will be private. In lieu of flowers please cheer on the Crusaders, Cubs, Majors, Saints and Tigers.
