Joycelyn Hartley West

Joycelyn Hartley West passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at the age of 72. A native of St. Tammany, she recently resided in Slidell, LA before her passing in Covington, LA. She is survived by her Children, Antoine Ansara Hartley and Shawayolanda Hartley; Douglas Hartley Jr., Sisters, Ida May Hartley, Ladine Hartley, Yolanda Hartley, Sandra Hartley, Golean Hartley and Freda Hartley; Brothers, Samuel Hartley, Romero Hartley, Thomas Hartley, Paul Hartley, and Fredrick Hartley.; 4 Grandchildren, Roxanne Hartley, John Hartley, Samuel Hartley, Ra’Jizan Hartley, and Ro’Shalle Hartley.; as well as 4 Great-Grandchildren, John Douglas Hartley Jr., Khing Cooper, Nadia Hartley, and Naiomi Hartley. She is preceded in death by her first Husband, Mack Charles West; Parents, Samuel and Helen Hartley; Sister, Rosalyee Hartley; and Brother, Cedric Hartley. Joycelyn will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
