John Wilson Barr Jr., age 70 passed away at his home in Folsom La, on May 11, 2017, he was surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 52 years Patricia C. Barr, daughter ReGina Barr (David), son Thor Barr (Robin), 3 grandchildren Jacob, Connor and Alyssa Barr, Sister Martha St..Romain (Charles), Brothers in Law Bill Clopton (Brenda), Earl Norris (Shirley) and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents John Wilson Barr Sr. and Lurleen Plauche Barr and his Brother Keith A. Barr. He worked in law enforcement for 26 years and often spoke of his years of service. He worked for Royal Coach more recently as a limousine driver. He enjoyed watching football especially the Saints, sitting on the back porch watching his cows graze and working his farm. He will be greatly missed by his loving family.
