Jeremy Wayne Long

Jeremy Wayne Long of Amite, Louisiana passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 49. 

Jeremy leaves behind his loving mother Laurie Jean Smith, his father Terry Wayne Long (Sandy), his children; Ashley N. Long, Christopher W. Long, Tylor B. Long, Emilie A. Long, his children of the heart, Justin Rowley, Ted Mclemore, as well as his siblings, Angela Long and Melody Grimes (Christopher). He also leaves behind his grandchildren Robyn Danielle Long and Addilyn Grace Long. 

Jeremy is preceded in death by his step-father Gene Smith. 

He loved wood-working and could fix almost anything. He had a passion for music, spending time with his family, his babies, enjoying nature and gaming. Jeremy always made people laugh. 

Memorial Services will be held at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church 64671 LA-1054 Roseland, Louisiana 70456 on Sunday April 14, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life at 3:30 p.m. 

Jeremy passed peacefully and is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
