Jeanette Vigne Farrell

Jeanette Vigne Farrell, a resident of Mandeville, passed away in Covington, Louisiana on October 2, 2026. She was born in Houston, Texas on December 17, 1955, and will be remembered with deep love by those who knew her.

Jeanette brought warmth to the lives around her through the simple joys she cherished most. She loved sailing and cooking, and those passions reflected a spirit that found happiness in both adventure and caring for others. Whether on the water or in the kitchen, she created moments of comfort, connection, and lasting memory for her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred O'Rourke; her mother, Jeanette Woods; and her brother, Fred.

Jeanette leaves behind her beloved spouse, James Farrell, whose companionship was an important part of her life. She is also survived by her brother, Rodney and his wife, Lisa; her sister, Robin and her husband, Kelly; and her sister, Shawn. They, along with all who loved her, will carry her memory forward with affection and gratitude.

Jeanette will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for the love she shared, the home she made welcoming, and the joy she found in life’s meaningful pleasures. Her memory will remain a blessing to her family and to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
