Jaime Leigh Tyler

March 8, 1985 — February 2, 2026

Lacombe, Louisiana

Jaime Leigh Tyler, departed this life on February 2, 2026, at the age of 40. She was the beloved daughter of Pam DeLaughter and Todd Tyler Sr. Jaime is survived by her sons: Seth Pierre (Samantha), Dalton Pierre, and Justin Tyler; her beloved granddaughter, M.J. Pierre; her grandfather, Robert “Mossy” Singletary; her siblings: Derek Singletary, T.J. Tyler (Amy), Jarrett Tyler; Ashley Miller and Jenny Lemoine; five nephews; her BEST COUSIN ever Brittany Tyler and family; along with a host of cousins, aunts, and uncles. She is also survived by her loyal, loving, and protective companion of eight years—her beloved dog, Sassy Tyler, who remained faithfully by her side. She was preceded in death by her cherished daughter, Delia Leigh Tyler Daw; her grandmothers, Catherine DeLaughter and Patricia Singletary; and her grandfather, John Tyler Sr.

Though her journey through life was not without hardship, those who truly knew Jaime understood that beneath the weight of the world’s struggles lived a woman with an exceptionally big heart.

Even when the evils of the world seemed to have a grip on her, Jaime remained deeply nurturing, loving, and kind. She was the type of person who would go without if it meant helping someone else in need. Giving came naturally to her, and she often put others before herself, offering comfort, support, and love whenever she could.

Jaime had a creative soul and a sense of humor that could lighten even the heaviest moments. She found joy in cooking for others, expressing her love through meals made with care and intention. Gardening was another place where she found peace—tending to plants, nurturing growth, and finding beauty in watching things flourish under her care. She had a love for all genres of music, especially old country. She found comfort in songs that told stories of life, heartache, and hope.

Above all, Jaime loved deeply. Her heart was vast, her compassion sincere, and her desire to help others unwavering—even during her own struggles. She was imperfect, as we all are, but she was genuine, caring, funny, and full of love.

No service will be held, in accordance with Jaime’s wishes.

Jaime won her battles and is now at peace with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
