Irving “Bud” M. Lyon III, beloved husband, father, and friend, resident of Mandeville, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025 at the age of 65. He was born on April 27, 1959 in New Orleans, LA.

Bud was an honored, long-standing Scout Leader in the BSA, an active member of the N.O. Elks Lodge, and a fierce friend.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea Dessino-Lyon, his son, Justin Lyon, Justin’s fiancé, Camille Willie, and his sister, Lorrie Babineaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents Irving M. Lyon, Jr. and Lorraine Lund Lyon.

A Celebration of Life for Bud will be held on April 6, 2025, from 2pm-5pm at the Elks Lodge, 2215 Cleary Ave., Metairie, LA.
