Geraldine "Jay" Duffourc Bourgeois

Geraldine "Jay" Duffourc Bourgeois, aged 74 years, passed away peacefully at her home after a long battle with Alzhiemer's on June 20th, 2025. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family and friends. Beloved wife of 47 years to the late Wayne Jude Bourgeois Sr., daughter of the late Harold Joseph Duffourc and Dorothy Cressonie Duffourc, mother of Rosalind Dufrene (Todd), Robin Williams (Shawn), and Wayne Bourgeois, Jr. (Fiance Nicole), grandmother of Courtney, Joshua, Megan, Tyler, Dylan, Bailee, and Blaise, great grandmother of Charlotte Rose and Keaton Beaux, sister of Charlene, Kathleen, Charmaine, Marlene and the late Darlene. She is also survived by her special person, Gary Bradley. Geraldine is a native of Westwego, LA and enjoyed spending time at the casino.

We would like to thank Egan Hospice for their care of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
