George Franklin

George Edward Franklin age 74, passed away on Friday June 16, 2017 with his family by his side at St Tammany Parish Hospital where he was honored with the Veteran, Red-White and Blue tribute.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Flora Franklin, a son Charles Franklin and a sister Kathy Franklin. Survived by his loving wife Lauren Chitea Franklin, his children, Grand Children and Great Grand Children.
George was always one to let friend and family know when ask how he was, he always said “Not Bad for an Old Man!”
A visitation will be held at Bagnell and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:00 Noon till 1:00 pm for family friends to come and celebrate George’s Life. A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM at the Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Dr., Slidell, LA.
