Frank Espejo Palpallatoc, a beloved son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 63 in Covington, Louisiana. Born on February 15, 1962, in Manila, Philippines, Frank brought joy and warmth to all who knew him throughout his remarkable life.

Frank was a dedicated family man, deeply loved by his parents, Ben and Nola Palpallatoc. His devotion extended to his children, Jennifer (Blake) Perrault and Kate Palpallatoc, who were the light of his life. As a grandfather, he cherished his time with Beckham and Brooks Perrault, delighting in the simple joys of life’s many moments. He is also survived by his siblings, Dennis and Don Palpallatoc, along with Nobelyn Waldron and Nida Palpallatoc, creating a network of love and support within their family.

Frank was a sports enthusiast with a passion for running, beautiful movements on the dance floor, and the excitement of coaching volleyball. He also found solace and enjoyment on the golf course and expressed his creativity through art. Known for his kind heart, Frank always sought ways to brighten the days of those around him, often found going out for breakfast and coffee, sharing moments of laughter and connection.
