Eileen Beaudean Charitat

Eileen Beaudean Charitat passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 76. Eileen was born in New Orleans and resided in Covington, Louisiana, for the past 30 years.

Survivors include her son, Brett Beaudean (Susan); her stepsons, Andre Charitat, Jr. (Lisa) and David Charitat (Nancy); her grandchildren, Trinity Slawsky (Casey), Brinn Beaudean, Brooke Beaudean, Trey Beaudean, Jessica Labat (Josh), Parker Beaudean, Andre Charitat III, Brandon Charitat, Celine Charitat, and Leah Charitat Evans; and her great-grandchildren, Isabella, Harper, and Beckham Aloi, and Avery and Alivia Labat.

She is also survived by her siblings, Ronald McCarthy (Ilona), Darleen McCarthy (Tammy), Andre McCarthy (Tina), and Kenneth McCarthy (Shirley), as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andre Charitat, Sr.; her son, Byron Beaudean, Jr.; her parents, Doris McCarthy and Hiram McCarthy, Jr.; and her brother, Hiram McCarthy III.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Friday, January 9, 2026, at St. Joseph Abbey Catholic Church, 75376 River Road, St. Benedict, LA 70457, at 2:00 p.m.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the church.

Interment will follow the Mass at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery.
