Earl West Jr.

Earl C. West, Jr., a native of Mandeville, La. and resident of Metairie,  LA, passed away on June 10, 2014 at the age of 67. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl C. West, Sr. and Bernice H. West. He was the beloved husband of 45 years to Sharyn W. West.  He is survived by two children, Earl “Rusty” C. West, III (wife, Sherry), and Holly E. West, and three beautiful granddaughters, Emily A. West, Hannah N. West, and Chloe E. West.  He is also survived by his brother Rodney C. West, Sr. (wife, Robbi), and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.   Earl was a Vietnam Veteran and served in the U.S. Navy from 1965-1971.  He was a graduate of St. Paul’s High School, class of 1964  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to be held at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Rd., Covington, on Monday, June 16, 2014, from 10am to 12pm.  A memorial mass will begin at 12pm.  Burial will follow at Mandeville Cemetery.
