Dwayne David Horton died peacefully at his home on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at the age of 51. Dwayne was born on Saturday, December 15, 1962. He was a longtime resident of St. Bernard, La. and later moved to Folsom, La. to care for his mother.
Dwayne is survived by his mother, Betty Bruner; his two children, Andi Strickland and Zachary Horton; five brothers and sisters, three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Dwayne was a painter until his move. He was a kind soul; caring and compassionate to everyone he knew. He was always smiling and laughing with everyone who was around him.
