Donald R. DeWitt, age 73 years, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 in Slidell, Louisiana. Beloved husband of Anice DeWitt. Father of Robert DeWitt, April Delandoy (Ed), Donna Espino (Rick) and Rose Mary DeWitt. Grandfather of Keegan Delandoy and Rafael Espino. Also survived by his little dog Suzy. A native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and a resident of Slidell, Louisiana for over 20 years. Mr. DeWitt was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during the Viet Nam War. He was later employed at Textron Marine as a hovercraft pilot for 20 years. Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Panama City, Florida
