It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of a Cynthia Lee Breaux, who passed away peacefully on July 8th 2026 at the age of 85 years old

Cynthia (Cindy) was born on January 21st 1941, in Lockport, Louisiana, to E.J. Lee and Annette Duet Lee. She lived a life filled with love, kindness, strength, and compassion; touching the lives of everyone that knew her. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to her two grandchildren, Riley Raymond Donahue and Reaghan Lee Donahue, who brought endless happiness and laughter into her life. Her memory will continue to live on in their hearts.

Whether through cooking, faith, gardening, dancing, or simple acts of kindness, Cynthia (Cindy) made a lasting impact on those around her.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Risa Dufrene Donahue; and her two grandchildren, Riley Raymond Donahue and Reaghan Lee Donahue. She is preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Lee.

A memorial will be held on July 18, 2026 at Anchor of Hope Church, located at 463 Wall Boulevard. Gretna, Louisiana 70056 beginning at 11:00 AM
