Colleen Baudin Rottmann

Colleen Baudin Rottmann was born on April 29,1952 and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at the age of 71. She passed away at her home in Slidell, Louisiana after a long battle with cancer with her loving husband of 37 years by her side. She is survived by her husband, Sidney, along with her brother, Glenn Baudin, aunts, nieces, nephews along with many cousins, and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Baudin, Father Floyd Baudin, and Brother Kenneth Baudin.

Colleen was a loving wife, friend and "Aunt" to many. She never had any children of her own but she treated all the kids in the family and of her friends as if they were her own. Her and Sidney took many of them on numerous trips and made lasting memories for all of them.

She lived in Meraux, Louisiana until right before Katrina when her and Sidney moved to Slidell, Louisiana. She worked at Amax in Chalmette, Louisiana until she left and went to Wally Corporation in Harahan until she retired when diagnosed with Brain Cancer. She had many loving and caring family and friends until the end and she will be extremely missed.
