Charlotte Oliver of Mandeville, Louisiana passed away March 9, 2023 at age 72.
Miss Charlotte, as many knew her locally, was born in Houston, Texas and attended Milby High School.
She worked as a Cosmetologist specializing in hair cutting & styling and was in the profession for 50 years.
She lived and worked in several States during her life, including Texas, Arkansas, Georgia, & Missouri. But being close to her parents & family led her to Mandeville in 1985. She made many friends & colleagues over the years through her profession.
Charlotte had many creative passions; from cooking, drawing & painting, to her many crafting projects as well as other hobbies like bead collecting & jewelry making.
Charlotte was preceded in death by both her father Billy, and her beloved mother Betty Oliver, both originally of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Her siblings are Linda Noble and the late Billy Reed Oliver.
Charlotte is survived by her only son,
Richard Scott Oliver, with his wife Angela.
She is grandmother Nonnie to Kieron Oliver, Liam Oliver, Anastasia Oliver(dec), & Grayson Oliver.
She is also survived by her niece Lindsey Noble & nephew Ron Oliver.
She will be missed by all.
Charlotte was an avid lover of butterflies & animals. Her list of cats both rescued & adopted was quite extensive over her years.
