Cathy Williams Frabbiele

Cathy Lynne Williams Frabbiele passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, in Covington, Louisiana, one day after celebrating her 68th birthday.

Born on June 23, 1958, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Cathy was the beloved daughter of James Earl Williams and Carol Joan Brauner Williams, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her devoted husband, Frank Joseph Frabbiele and her loving sister Donna W. Smith.

Cathy is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Cheryl W. Knudsen and Diane W. Segrave. She was “Tanta”—and a legendary spoiler—to her nieces and nephews: Timothy Daigle Jr,(Jenée), Jaclyn Rawls (Bryan), Austin Segrave, Ethan Segrave (Cameron), and Amanda Howell (Austin). She adored her grandnieces and grandnephew, Noah and Avery Daigle, and Alexis, Olivia, and Emma Rawls. Cathy is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and goddesses, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Cathy will be remembered for the love she shared so freely, the joy she brought to family gatherings, and the special bond she had with those fortunate enough to know her. Her kindness, generosity, and love for her family will remain her lasting legacy.
