In Loving Memory of Barbara Lee Verret

Barbara Lee Verret, age 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2026, at home surrounded by her daughters.

Born on March 22, 1947, Barbara lived a life devoted to her family and loved ones. She will be remembered for her faith, strength, and the love she shared with all who knew her.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Edwin Lee Jr. and Marguerite Vera Nelson Lee; her brother, Allen Lee; her beloved husband of 39 years, George Louis Verret; and her son, Philip Verret.

She is survived by her daughters, BethAnn Verret (Avis), Angelle Verret, and Karen Verret-McQuilkin (Jim); her grandsons, Javier, Bayley, Wyatt, Brandon, and Austin; her sister-in-law, Judy; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Barbara’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

May she rest in eternal peace.
